5. Booking and Payment

Payment

Payment for readings and services is arranged directly with our advisors. Payment details and methods will be communicated to you when confirming your booking.

Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations made more than 24 hours before a scheduled reading are free of charge
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before a scheduled reading may be subject to a cancellation fee
• No-shows without prior cancellation will not be eligible for refunds
• If an advisor cancels or fails to appear, any payment already made will be fully refunded

Refund Policy

We strive for your complete satisfaction. If you are dissatisfied with a reading, please contact our customer support within 24 hours of the session. Refund requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

6. Code of Conduct

When using our services, you agree not to:

• Harass, abuse, or threaten advisors or other users
• Use our platform for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Attempt to manipulate or exploit advisors
• Share inappropriate, offensive, or explicit content
• Interfere with the proper functioning of our platform
• Create multiple accounts or impersonate others
• Record sessions without the advisor's explicit consent

7. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Natural Gifted Medium or its content suppliers and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties
